The other day, Dan and I took the subway over to Brooklyn to see the cherry blossoms at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is one of those spots that make you feel like you’re in a movie—it’s that beautiful! Since I love to take pictures of nature and landscapes, I was in a total state of bliss during our entire visit. We saw several goldfish ponds, a rock covered with turtles, and stunning pink and yellow Magnolia trees. Here are a few pictures from our visit, if you’d like to see…
^^ There were huge goldfish hanging out near the pavilion hoping for snacks.
^^ The flowering Magnolia trees were so, so beautiful!
^^ Sunning turtles!
Have you been to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to see the cherry blossoms and blooming Magnolia trees? If not, I’ll take you next year ; )
I love the shot of the magnolia tree looking up from the base of the branch. I’m envisioning a canvas print addition to Caitie’s nursery wall courtesy of her Aunt Kelley’s photography…
It’s one of my favorites too! We should definitely do a print for Caitie’s room–love that idea!
