This moving short film by Dove is part of a new campaign, Dove: Choose Beautiful, where women from five cities around the globe (San Francisco, Shanghai, Delhi, London, and São Paolo) are filmed as they walk up to one of two doors. Each door was clearly labeled “average” or “beautiful” and women picked which one to enter. They were then asked to explain how they felt about their choice and to define what “beautiful” means to them. It’s fascinating to hear each woman reflect on their choice–and to hear that some women would change their mind if they could do it again. “Feeling beautiful is a personal choice.”
