Fewer, Better Gifts

The City and Us: Fewer, Better Gifts with Cuyana

I love the idea of buying and wearing quality pieces that I’ll wear over and over again, don’t you? The San-Francisco-based brand Cuyana, meaning “to love” in Quechua, is based on the philosophy of having ‘Fewer, Better’ things and buying only what you love.

“Fewer, Better is the foundation of everything we do. Product-wise, we design essential pieces for the modern woman with the most premium materials and finest craftsmanship. Lifestyle-wise, we strive to create a content destination on intentional living and elegant simplicity across all categories.

We want you to love everything in your closet – and in your life…whether it’s clothing you love, travel you love, design you love, food you love, or more. Join us on our journey to live a life ‘to love.'”

This is such an important philosophy to remember, especially during the holidays as we’re browsing Cyber Monday sales and gift guides and reading the latest tech gadget reviews.

So recently when Cuyana asked if I’d like to share their mission, ‘gift hinting’ campaign, and quality products, I was thrilled. Gift hinting is a way to enable you to give–and receive–exactly what your loved ones want this holiday season; it’s a little hint and takes the guessing game out of gifting.

Last week was the first of our short holiday trips to New England (can’t wait to go back for Christmas!), and I’ve been searching for a great weekender bag for these shorter trips when a suitcase is too much of a hassle. This Weekender Bag is the perfect size for a few days away from home and is easy to carry with a convenient crossbody strap. I’d highly recommend it. I also love how the dark charcoal color and brown leather handles give it a slight masculine feel making it perfect for everyone in your family–both Dan and I will use it for years.

This post is in partnership with Cuyana, a brand whose mission and products I love. Thanks for reading, as always. xx
