Today is my Dad’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Dad! When I describe my Dad to people I always say, “If he cooks for you, he loves you.” Have you seen this “Food = Love” print? That’s my Dad. He owns a seafood restaurant in New Hampshire and is totally in his element when the place is packed, guests chatting away and enjoying each other’s company and good food. On a (very) rare occasion, my Dad let’s someone else cook for him, and my sister and I usually plan and cook a celebratory meal for his birthday (unless he requests a pizza).
