Last week, I spent a few days visiting relatives in Houston with my mom, and while catching up, she shared an interesting article about Night Court, which is a growing (and unexpected) NYC tourist attraction.
Night court, held at New York’s Criminal Court Building in lower Manhattan, takes place from 5PM to 1AM nightly and audience members can observe between 70 and 90 real-life court cases each night. The chance to experience a real NYC court atmosphere is finding its way onto the bucket lists of many tourists. You can read the whole article here.
I wasn’t ever a huge fan of shows like Law & Order, but it might be interesting to go at least once. Dan’s initial reaction: “Court isn’t fun.” Good point.
What do you think? Would you go? I’m on the fence.
P.S. NYC advice.
