Okay, this is random, but I’m curious: Do you have a spiral vegetable slicer? I learned about this tool the other day, and I can’t believe I didn’t know about it before now. The idea is that you turn veggies into “pasta” and use them as a substitute for real pasta. I’d like to make fresh spring pasta with zucchini, squash, carrots, and kohlrabi. Doesn’t that sound good?
